Dear Fellow Entrepreneur:

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. Whatever your reason for doing

so, I hope it will provide a few insights into how to improve the bottom line and

make owning your business a more rewarding experience.

Launching and sustaining your business is both a courageous act and a commit-

ment to maintaining profitability.  Has your business become a larger than life

endeavor?

Running a business can be very stressful. It effects all aspects of your life.

You can't compartmentalize your business and professional life. Your life is your

life!

Business pressures affect you as parent, spouse, child, and as a member of your

community. It also affects your performance level at work.

If you are stymied and would like to transform your business, I can give you the

tools to cut through the stress. You can lead a balanced and fulfilling existence.

Why is running a business so stressful? There are many reasons.
First and foremost is the assumption that knowing how to be a plumber or how to

practice law is the same thing as providing plumbing or legal services.

You may be a licensed plumber but you are in the business of providing plumbing
services.
You are a skilled litigator or corporate attorney. Yet, you are in the business of

providing legal services. Embracing this distinction is critical to taking your business from

where it is to where you want it to be.

What does it cost the business in time and money to acquire a customer or client?

You probably haven’t given this much thought. If your retention rate is low, a portion of

this year's marketing costs are used to replace lost customers rather than attract new

ones.

When someone returns to your office, store or website for a second purchase, your

marketing costs are nil. The higher your customer retention rate, the greater percentage

of this years’ marketing costs are used to attract new business, rather than replacing the

customers you've lost. Satisfied customers are an unpaid marketing department which

bring in referrals at no cost to you.

What can we do to recapture your passion for your business and make it more profitable?

We will evaluate your business and find out what makes it tick. Together, we will confirm

what is working well and what needs to change.

Your best thinking has gotten you this far. We may recommend new systems or improve

existing ones that will improve your bottom line.

Let us talk to your employees. You will be surprised at their feedback. You can and will

retain good people. Chaos in an office will more likely to cause an employee leave than an

offer of a higher salary.

Don’t procrastinate. Contact us now. You owe it to yourself, family and friends. If there a

greater gift you can give to yourself than peace of mind?

Contact us. Don't let this become a "coulda, shoulda, woulda." You have nothing to loose.

The consultation is free. It's a win-win. If what we have to offer is a good fit, you can

work with us. If it is not a good fit, you can have the peace of mind as you explore other

options.

Let's restore your initial passion which led you to go into your business.

All the best in your future endeavors.
Very truly yours,
